4 S Ranch Medical Office Building Takes Shape

Lusardi Construction is once again exercising our expertise building a new 40,000 square foot tilt-up concrete medical office building in the well-to-do community of San Diego, California.  Our experienced crew quickly and precisely lifted all twenty-seven concrete panels within one day.  The images below already reveal the decorative architecture the structure exudes at only this stage in construction; furthermore it will be finished with elegant architectural precast concrete columns.  The building will offer a total of ten tenant spaces and is scheduled for completion in June 2012.
