ICE Charleston Demolition Started

We have begun demolition on the Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility. This project is a 64,000 square foot renovation to an existing building for ICE. It is located in North Charleston, South Carolina and will hold offices for ICE personnel.
The project required a complete reconfiguration of the existing building interiors as well as modifications to the parking lot including adding a sally port and garage for ICE vehicles. Secured parking will be provided with the addition of security fencing and gates.
