This conversion began with an existing Ford Dealership that was constructed in the sixties. This building required a great deal of renovations to transform it into a certified Lexus Dealership up to par with their Image Program. The renovated areas include the 21,000 sq. ft. sales building with a conjoined parts storage mezzanine, and a 7,000 sq. ft. service building. In addition to the renovation, we also expanded the existing canopy 2,000 sq. ft to increase the capacity of the existing showroom by twenty-five percent.
The building’s outward appearance also needed to be upgraded; all the exterior surfaces received facelifts while service lifts and tool box backbones were relocated and refurbished.
