Mini of Tempe  Tempe, Arizona

Believe it or not, Mini of Tempe was a complete remodel. While the expansive storefront and metal panel skin is all new, a large portion of the building structure was re-used. The project included adding 5,000 sf of new service bays, complete with Klinker tile, full HVAC systems, and finished ceilings. The showrooms portray Mini’s new, cutting-edge image focusing on dark finishes for backdrops and strategically locating bright color accents. From start of demolition to Mini move-in, the project took just 20 weeks!
