Hilton Garden Inn Conversion Hollywood, California
In the midst of all the hustle and bustle of downtown Hollywood, Lusardi recently completed the conversion of an existing 36 year old boutique hotel into a Hilton Garden Inn Brand Hotel. This chic hotel is meant to accommodate the culture and preferences of the Hollywood masses with its unique décor and great hospitality.
The existing seven story building was completely converted in a staggering four month schedule, all while keeping the hotel fully operational throughout construction. Lusardi assisted with these logistics by tactfully planning construction into four phases in order to keep the hotel running smoothly during our presence there. The scope of work included renovating 156 guestrooms, business center, fitness center, common areas and kitchen area for a total of 71,500 square feet; all finished to meet the Hilton Brand Standards. In conjunction with the interior improvements were the exterior ones that consisted of meeting ADA requirements, façade improvements and parking updates.
