Pomona Valley Health Center Claremont, California
The Pomona Valley Health Center at Claremont project, located adjacent to Old-Town Claremont, consisted of construction of a two-story, tilt-up building totaling 50,000 square foot with 30,000 square foot of complex, high-end medical tenant improvements. The medical tenant improvements consisted of an Urgent Care Suite, a Radiology Suite, a 24-hour Sleep Disorder Clinic, a Primary-Care Suite and a Physical Therapy Suite. The project has been certified as LEED Silver by the USGBC.
The medical tenant improvements include a state-of-the-art, $2M, three Tesla Siemens MRI magnets, a 64-slice CT scanner and three digital ultrasound machines. The Sleep Disorder Suite, with its six regular sleeping rooms and two pediatric sleeping rooms, is the only sleep lab in the region with a pediatric focus.
