FedEx Distribution Center  Otay Mesa, California

Construction consisted of a 130,000 square foot concrete tilt-up warehouse and distribution center for FedEx Ground. Sitework consisted of 40 acres of mass grading that included moving over 500,000 cubic yards of dirt as well as the construction of two new streets.

The building shell was constructed and turned over to FedEx Ground in 3.5 months so they could start their conveyor work and remain on-time for their expected opening.
