This is a transformation of three buildings located in San Jose, California. The Campus offers 227,000 square feet of prime office space designed to sustain the new generation of office users with an energetic work environment that supports collaborative interaction, focused tasks and recreation. The California lifestyle is built around being outside, and The Campus is built around free flowing circulation between interior spaces and the outdoors, providing outdoor gathering areas perfect for informal meetings and company events. A gourmet outdoor kitchen with counter dining, plush couch seating around a fire table for relaxation, and native, eco-friendly landscaping throughout with a calming waterscape feature and bocce ball court. Exterior renovations such as new curtain walls, exterior ACM (aluminum composite material) and stone cladding, add finishing touches complete this unique office park.
