Creekside Plaza  San Leandro, California

Creekside Plaza project consisted of the construction of building B and the expansion of the existing parking structure. The 85,000 sf, four-story office building is the final building within Creekside Plaza Business Park which offers the only Class-A office space in San Leandro. The steel-framed, plaster-skin building features a range of architectural features such as a clay tile mansard roof, false balconies, wood trellises, copper gutters and downspouts, detailed tile patterns, and a beautiful plaster finish giving it a distinguished Mission Revival Style architecture. Constructed within the ground floor of the building was the 2,400 sf, Creekside Bistro. The two-story parking structure expansion included 21,000 sf of elevated parking and was given the same architectural attention as the balance of the campus.
