The Village is a 77,000 square foot shopping center built to be the focal point in downtown San Leandro, California.  One of the two shell buildings was designed for the anchor tenant, CVS Pharmacy, while the other building has three tenant areas with retail and restaurant space. The exterior finishes chosen have Mediterranean characteristics and include smooth stucco finishes, stone veneer, decorative wrought iron, clay tile roofing, colored awnings and eave accent trims. The outdoor dining and seating area invites you in with granite and concrete seating, lush landscaping, and decorative paving.  Tying the buildings together is the misting fountain with sculpted stone and granite.
