Lusardi Construction leads regular construction meetings throughout each project lifecycle. We work as proactive problem-solvers and cover important topics including project milestones, subcontractor coordination, and cost reviews.
Cost Control and
Change Order Management
Lusardi Construction provides continuous cost control and change order management throughout our projects. Changes in scope are thoroughly evaluated by our team in real time where clients are provided a detailed summary of potential impact for review. Once approved, we ensure all materials, including construction budget, are up-to-date for continued progress.
Documentation
Documentation procedures support a seamless project management workflow built on communication to keep the project running smoothly. Lusardi Construction utilizes Procore for RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, change order requests, change orders, change order logs, record drawings, meeting minutes, and warranties.
Scheduling
A solid project schedule is the cornerstone of Lusardi Construction’s building process. While scheduling starts during the preconstruction phase, a detailed construction schedule is drafted before the build and is continually updated throughout the project. A holistic view is important. Incorporating input from subcontractors and material suppliers ensures the project meets critical milestones.
Quality Control
Lusardi Construction is committed to leading the industry in quality control. Quality must be a driving force for all people involved on a project, including office personnel as well as craftsmen. Our superintendents and foremen are homegrown and are intimately familiar with Lusardi principles, techniques, systems, and trained with an eye for detail. In addition, we employ a full-time, quality-control supervisor that travels to all projects to provide an additional level of safety and quality.
