The 4S Ranch Health Center is a unique health care center with a Spanish Hacienda style design. This style architecture was realized with design elements such as a smooth plaster-like exterior finish, a low-pitched clay tile roof, stone quatrefoil elements, wrought iron accents, pre-cast concrete columns, and rounded arch windows.

Also included was the three tenant improvements for the occupancy of cCare, Arch Health Partners, and Rady Children’s Hospital. Among many high- tech equipment like PET/CT scanners and other diagnostic tools, cCare required a complex 2,500 square foot Linear Accelerator Vault. Once complete the building was Certified LEED Silver.
