The four-story Class ‘A’ structural steel office building includes over 31,000 SF of floor plates, floor to ceiling glass and is certified LEED Gold. The new building is in walking distance to the Sunnyvale Caltrain Station and located in a hub of technology driven companies.

The building skin is primarily a glazed curtain wall system, with ACM panels at the stairwells, a 4th floor balcony, and a perimeter rooftop eyebrow finished with longboard material on the underside wrapped with ACM panels. The building sits on top of new below grade parking garage built with 1’6” thick mat slab, shotcrete perimeter walls, interior concrete columns and covered by a concrete podium deck. 100 parking spaces are available in the covered parking garage and 253 stalls on grade. Over 12,000 SF of solar carport canopies enhance the property and provide added energy into the building.

A 2,500 SF amenity area includes (4) gas fire pits, a kitchen counter with sink, BBQ Grille, refrigerator, ping pong tables, and an overhead steel trellis and canopy. Landscape includes CMU planters finished with tile and stone caps, palm trees, security cameras, WAP devices, and audio speakers for entertainment. The project is in the process of a Wellness Certification Silver Level.
