This project consisted of construction of a two- story tilt-up building totaling 50,000 square feet with 30,000 square feet of complex, high-end medical tenant improvements. The improvements consisted of an Urgent Care Suite, a Radiology Suite, a 24-hour Sleep Disorder Clinic, a Primary- Care Suite and a Physical Therapy Suite. The project has been certified of LEED Silver by the USGBC.

The medical tenant improvements included a state of the art, $2M, 3 Telsa Siemens MRI magnet, a 64-slice CT scanner and three digital ultrasound machines.
