Tri-City Wellness Center is a 58,000 SF integrated medical health and fitness center. Built in conjunction with a medical office building that will house an urgent care center and doctors’ offices. The project is the first of its kind in Southern California.

Amenities include: 58,000 SF medically integrated health & fitness center; Aquatic center including 25-meter lap pool; exercise and therapy pools with sun terrace; “Kidz”-in-Motion activity based child care; State-of-the-art fitness equipment including cardiovascular, circuit training, free weights and flexibility; Designated spinning studio; 1/10 mile cushioned walk/ jog indoor track; Executive-style locker rooms with separate women’s and men’s steam, sauna and massage rooms; Comprehensive group exercise programming with four studios including mind/body studios; Health Education Conference Center with healthy-cooking area; and Healthy Café.
